A baby-sitting job is now a possible new career for some Arkansas state workers.

The Associated Press reported Thursday that Arkansas state government employees could find themselves looking for babysitting work in the state’s capital.ABC News reported in February that a job search firm was offering a $10,000 pay raise to state employees.

Arkansas’ unemployment rate has dropped to 6.4%, below the national average.

Arkansas has an unemployment rate of just 2.6%, the lowest in the nation.
